The XDP Exhaust Manifold - Driver Side XD342 is a direct-fit replacement for the "dented" or "kinked" exhaust manifold in your 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax. On the 2011-2016 LML models, this manifold is a direct-replacement for the LML trucks as they already come with this style of exhaust manifold. This manifold features a durable cast construction and includes the gaskets needed for installation.

Driver side exhaust manifold

Good looking cast, but plan on spending an hour or so cleaning it up with a grinder. Mine had a large webs of casting flash that would have really reduced the flow. I wish I'd taken before and after pictures, several seams near the up pipe flange really had a lot. Really looks nice now!!
