I ended up only using the spring, the brass fitting, the little L shaped piece of my truck, the housing gasket, and the new bolts. No leaks, runs smoother now it seems like. Didn’t trust the eBay/Amazon ones and didn’t want to pay Ford’s price. Overall does exactly what it advertises.

Just recently got a 04 6.0, the difference was night and day after installing this blue spring kit! Injectors are much quitter and engine is running very smooth now.
