Description
The XDP Fuel Tank Sump XS - Xtra Small Design XD394 gives you an easy to make your own custom fuel system with an aftermarket lift pump. The XD394 provides you with a fuel outlet on the bottom of the fuel tank.
Made for an easy installation, the XD394 features a 1-bolt design and specially shaped inner ring that can install from the bottom of the fuel tank without requiring fuel tank removal. Each sump is machined with a built-in groove for the o-ring gasket to ensure a proper, tight-fitting, leak-free seal. The Xtra Small design allows more versatility in smaller mounting locations. The 1-1/2" hole size is half the size of other sumps on the market. Includes -8 o-ring boss (ORB) to 1/2" Quick-Disconnect/Push Lock Fitting.

Application Notes:
If you are running a FASS Fuel System that with 5/8" fuel line, you must purchase the Beans Diesel -8 ORB To 5/8" Push-Lock Fitting 288003 (see related items).
Not recommended for off-road applications or for vehicles with potential ground clearance issues. Extra care must be taken to ensure that fuel tank is free of debris after drilling.

Super easy to install. Never let my tank get too empty so idk if I’ve felt the difference. Here’s the story:
I was install my new Airdog II. I was tryin to disconnect the hose on the top of the fuel tank (suction line) and my frustrated self broke the fitting off. Instead of dropping the tank I went ahead and purchased the xtra small sump. Was nervous cutting the hole because it was one of those true, “no going back” moments but I got er done and she’s nice and snug down there about halfway on the tank with no leaks so far. (2 fuel ups)
