Designed as an OE-style, direct-fit replacement, each sensor comes ready for installation.

Tech Tip:
The MAP Sensor, also known as a TMAP Sensor is mounted in the intake elbow, which is also known as the intake manifold, or intake horn. While replacement of a good functioning MAP Sensor is not required during the installation of intake upgrades, soot buildup over time can affect sensor accuracy by interfering with the pressure and temperature readings. For this reason, many inspect, clean, and often replace the MAP Sensor (if needed) when it is removed.
