Radiators
CSF offers a vast selection of OEM-Style Replacement
Radiators that are 100% leak-tested before leaving the factory at 150% of
normal operating pressure. All end tanks are made from virgin-grade engineered
plastic resins that are "glass filled" for added strength and
durability to provide many years of reliable use. The gaskets used to assemble
these units are made from special grade "EPDM" rubber to withstand
extreme temperatures down to -120 degrees Fahrenheit. A built-in high-performance
transmission cooler with a special built-in turburlator is included with the
necessary applications.
CSF also manufactures Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Radiators
that are designed and built to handle the most demanding conditions. These
radiators feature welded all-aluminum end tanks for extreme durability. The
B-Tube core provides better heat dissipation surface area of the tubes by
approximately 15% over regular O-type tubes used in most radiators.
Ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins are employed by CSF that are carefully and
precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. The fin
specifications are carefully assessed and calculated for each application and
tested for optimal heat transfer efficiency in our wind tunnel lab. All CSF
radiators are subject to rigorous testing procedures such as Hydrostatic
Testing, Vacuum decaying, and life cycle testing, and are designed to be a
drop-in fit.
Intercoolers
CSF manufactures their OEM+ Replacement Intercooler in
Tube & Fin and Bar & Plate Cores and offers their Heavy-Duty
Intercoolers as well. The OEM+ Replacement Intercooler (Tube & Fin Core)
are drop-in replacement unit and utilizes tube-and-fin cores that are typically
found on stock intercoolers. These coolers are lighter in weight and are more
economical to produce which is why they are mostly used in OEM applications.
This is the perfect option for those replacing an intercooler that has failed
or is being replaced due to front-end damage. The OEM+ Replacement Intercooler
(Tube & Fin Core) is best for stock output applications and is often chosen
to repair front-end damage or as a replacement part.
The OEM+ Replacement Intercooler (Bar & Plate Core)
are direct-fit replacement and an excellent choice for those who want more than
a factory replacement for their truck. The core of a bar-and-plate intercooler
acts as a heat sink, effectively soaking up heat and sealing the core thanks to
bars and brazing sheets providing a 100% seal between ambient and charge sides.
With more rows and surface area per passage, bar-and-plate radiators can handle
higher boost more effectively than tube-and-fin designs.
The Direct-Fit Heavy-Duty Intercoolers use a bar and
plate core and feature 100% TIG welded construction to handle extreme boost
pressures. Every intercooler is pressure tested and rated to handle more than
120 PSI. All CSF Intercoolers are engineered to work with all factory
components including brackets, hoses, and mounting points.
A/C Condenser
CSF has the Air Conditioning Condenser you need to
replace the leaking or damaged unit in your vehicle. Manufactured to match the
stringent OE specifications and OE function of your existing unit, these units
are drop-in replacements that re-install using the factory plumbing and
mounting points.
