Belt & Accessory Drive

Dayco offers a complete line of idler pulleys, automatic belt tensioners, harmonic balancers, and serpentine belts to keep your truck on the road. Dayco Serpentine Belts are ideal for stock and high-output engines and are engineered to minimize belt noise and prolong service life. These belts feature a solid rib design that provides additional strength and an EPDM rubber compound with aramid fibers that ensure annoying pulley misalignment noise is minimized. OE-style replacement Idler pulleys from Dayco feature lifetime lubricated ball bearings and double high-temperature seals. These pulleys are designed with smoother surfaces and tighter dimensional tolerances to produce less vibration and help to extend belt life.  Dayco’s Automatic Belt Tensioners feature a spring case made from heavy-duty cast aluminum to resist cracking and rust while delivering quieter performance and longer service life. A flat wire spring allows the internal tension to be concentric to deliver constant tension and a deflected arm plate decreases arm movement, extending the life of the tensioner by restricting the amount of rotational movement. Dayco offers two different Harmonic Balancers to fit your needs. The PowerBond Premium Replacement Harmonic Balancer uses both inserted and pressure-bonded rubber, producing stronger rubber strength than competitive balancers. The PowerBond Performance Race Series Harmonic Balancer features a strong billet steel ring and hub construction, ultra-reliable pressure-bonded technology, and is SFI-approved for race use.
 

Coolant Hoses & Pipes

High-quality replacement Molded Heater Hoses, as well as Upper and Lower Radiator Hose, are offered by Dayco for your vehicle. These hoses feature a synthetic EPDM rubber compound inner base tube that is reinforced with knitted rayon for superior burst resistance and strength. The durable rubber compound means these hoses can stand up to degradation from ozone, coolants, and extreme temperatures.
 

Water Pumps
