During the remanufacturing process each engine is carefully disassembled and machined using some of the most advanced equipment. Each engine is then assembled by a DFC Technician using only high-quality components. By following assembly practices derived from the OEM techniques and inputting quality control measures acquired by remanufacturing these engines by the thousands, DFC delivers repeatable results with each engine they remanufacture. Every engine component goes through a final quality control checklist before assembly and all bolts are paint-marked after torquing. In addition, a build sheet with each engine's recorded measurements is filled out to ensure each engine is assembled to DFC strict standards of quality.

DFC Diesel specializes in remanufacturing Ford Powerstroke, Chevy/GMC Duramax, and Dodge Ram Diesel engines. DFC provides a wide range of remanufactured short block and long block engines that have been remanufactured to factory specifications with OEM parts and upgraded internals. All cylinder heads are resurfaced and magnafluxed with all new seats, guides, valves, and stem seals installed. STREET SERIES

The Street Series engines are DFC’s flagship product. Built for work trucks, daily drivers, and the diesel enthusiast in mind, these engines are a vast improvement from stock as they contain important upgrades to common problem areas. All Street Series feature ARP2000 head studs or OptiTorque head studs depending on availability. In addition, they offer the most comprehensive 5 year / 100,000-mile warranty in North America.

KORE SERIES

The KORE Series of engines were built to bridge the gap for customers that want a quality engine but are working on a tighter budget. These engines are built to the same high standards and quality of DFC's regular engines and still include many upgrades to common failure areas. The KORE Series engines give you an excellent build but reduce costs by not including items that can often be re-used or easily sourced by the end user. These engines are back by a 1 Year / Unlimited Mileage warranty.
