Diamond Eye Exhaust System

Diamond Eye Exhaust offers a wide selection of exhaust systems featuring Cat-Back and DPF-Back Exhaust Systems in either 4” or 5” diameters and aluminized or stainless steel construction. These exhaust systems are available with or without a muffler and feature CNC mandrel-bent tubing for smooth bends that are designed to improve the flow of exhaust. These unrestricted bends help to add horsepower and torque, increase fuel economy, and lower the EGTs in your diesel vehicle. A lot of exhaust systems include a polished 304 stainless-steel exhaust tip to add a finishing touch.
 

Exhaust Tips

Diamond Eye manufactures exhaust tips that are available in a polished or matte black finish that will add a unique style to the back of your vehicle. All exhaust tips are made from high-quality 304 stainless steel and are offered in a wide variety of styles and lengths. These turn down and angle cut tips are available in 12”, 16”, and 18” lengths with 4” and 5” diameter inlets available. Outlet sizes are 4”, 5”, 6”, 7” and 8” in diameter and allow you to get that perfect look you are aiming for.
 
Diamond Eye Performance also offers Exhaust Clamps, Mufflers & Resonators, Muffler Delete Pipes, as well as Pipe & Mandrel bends that will allow you to customize or modify your exhaust system. Exhaust clamps are offered from 2″ to 5″ in size and offered in your choice of T304, T409, T430, aluminized steel. Select between standard U-bolt saddle clamps or upgrade to a lap-joint or band clamp depending on your needs. A variety of muffler options are available if you are looking to replace a rusted muffler or simply upgrade the sound of your exhaust system. Components such as straight pipes, muffler deletes, resonators, and 45-degree or 90-degree tubing make it easy to fabricate a custom exhaust.
