Fuel System Plumbing

Driven Diesel offers many components for vehicles equipped with the hydraulically activated, electronically controlled, unit injector (HEUI) fuel system. Whether you need a Regulated Return fuel system or a Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return kit, Driven Diesel has it for your 7.3L or 6.0L Powerstroke. The factory fuel bowl is known to leak at the fuel drain and the internal heater can short out causing the engine to not run and leak at a variety of locations on the housing. Also, the fuel bowl is not designed for high pressure and can leak in performance applications. The Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return removes the filter bowl assembly and factory mechanical fuel pump from the engine valley. This frees up a lot of space in the engine valley for those who are installing aftermarket turbocharger setups and performance high-pressure oil pump systems. A Regulated Return Fuel System gives you the ability to adjust fuel pressure and removes the dead head OE fuel rails. This is accomplished by connecting each end of the fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator.
 

Direct-Fit Transmission Coolers & Lines

Offering Auxiliary Transmission Cooler Kits and Transmission Cooler Bypass Kits, Driven Diesel can enhance the performance of your transmission. The Auxiliary Transmission Cooler Kit retains the OEM cooler and adds this liquid-to-air heat exchanger after the stock liquid-to-liquid unit while increasing the fluid capacity of the system. The Transmission Cooler Bypass Kit is engineered for applications with Driven Diesel Transmission Cooler Kits that live in cold climates and want to raise the temperature of their transmission in the winter.
