Wheels are manufactured with a cutting edge 10,000-ton hydraulic forging press. Starting with the highest-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, the forging process involves applying high-pressure to a solid aluminum piece, which reshapes the metal into the desired wheel shape. Each forging passes a series of tests including impact, bending fatigue, and x-ray’s ensuring maximum strength targets. All KG1 Forged wheels are then cut using state of the art CNC machines in order to fine tune all of the design details. This ensures a high level of precision and attention to detail during the manufacturing process.

KG1 Wheels are available in a variety of finishes, including polished, black, or brushed with milled accents. Available wheel diameters include 20”, 22”, 24”, 26”, 28”, as well as 30”.
