Wheels are manufactured with a cutting edge 10,000-ton hydraulic forging press. Each forging passes a series of tests including impact, bending fatigue, and x-ray’s ensuring maximum strength targets. All KG1 Forged wheels are then cut using state of the art CNC machines in order to fine tune all of the design details. KG1 Wheels are available in a variety of finishes, including polished, black, or brushed with milled accents. Available wheel diameters include 20”, 22”, 24”, 26”, 28”, as well as 30”.
