Mag-Hytec Differential Covers & Transmission Pans

Mag-Hytec is a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty differential covers, transmission pans, and engine oil pans. All Mag-Hytec products are cast in A356-T6 aluminum and texture powder-coated black with machined cooling fins for a distinct look. These upgraded designs offer increased lubricant and cooling capacity for hard-working vehicles. All pans and covers include a magnetic drain plug that grabs ferrous materials out of the fluid. Many Mag-Hytec products come fitted with ARP 568 O-rings for superior sealing with no gasket or sealant required.

Differential Covers

Mag-Hytec offers a wide array of differential covers to fit the most popular makes and models. With front and rear diff covers available, Mag-Hytec is sure to have both ends of your pickup truck covered. The fins on the outside of the housing act as a heatsink to help dissipate heat. The magnetic drain plug not only grabs metal particles but also lets you do routine maintenance without removing the cover. The aluminum dipstick allows you to easily refill the axle after draining and ensure you add the correct amount of gear oil.

Automatic Transmission Pans

Mag-Hytec manufactures all their Automatic Transmission Pans from aircraft-grade A356-T6 aluminum for incredible rigidity. In addition, the trans pans feature design upgrades such as increased capacity and external fins. Pans come with a magnetic drain plug to catch metal debris and a 1/8” NPT sensor port that allows you to run a temperature gauge. The durable black powder coat finish and brushed fins with add a custom look to your transmission.

Engine Oil Pans

Mag-Hytec has a direct-fit replacement engine oil pan for the Ford 6.7 Powerstroke that will eliminate the plastic pan found in the earlier 6.7 models or replace the steel pan on the later models. This oil pan holds 2 quarts more than the factory pan and has machined fins designed to help dissipate heat. An O-ring seal means no sealant or gasket is required for installation. The magnetic drain plug helps to pull out any harmful metal materials in your oil.
