XDP would like to offer you the opportunity to enhance the manufacturers warranty policy with our XDP Replacement Guarantee. This coverage protects your electronic performance part for one year from the purchase date. XDP will replace or repair your defective product with the same exact part number for one year after your purchase and cover all shipping costs.
 
The thing about electronics is that when they experience a failure, 9 out of 10 times the part must be returned for service.  Fortunately, even after your blanket XDP 30 day coverage period has passed, the electronic manufacturer usually covers the part for a set period of time depending on the manufacturer. However, in almost all cases they do not cover the cost of shipping the part back to them or the return shipping to get the part back to you after it is repaired.  But if the part cant be fixed, its up to the manufacturer to decide what they will replace the unit with.  What if your model is discontinued or unavailable?  Then what?

XDP wanted to offer a simple, low cost coverage plan that would remove the guesswork, remove any hidden costs down the line, and just make it simple for our customers.  We wanted a no hassle plan for our customers who operate in a commercial or heavy-duty environment.  We wanted a plan that protected guys who were just a little bit tougher on their toys growing up.  Most of all we wanted a plan that we could offer cheap and that would have no strings attached or hoops for the customer to jump through should they need a piece of electronics back up and running fast!

In most cases if you have just one issue with your product this plan will pay for itself in shipping cost alone.
 

How it works:

1. Look for "Add a 1-Year XDP Replacement Guarantee!" on specially marked items.
2. In a box under the Replacement Guarantee you will see the specific price of the plan for that product.
3. Click "Yes + $$" and then "ADD TO CART" to proceed with check-out 

That's it, your product will now be covered. You do not need to fill out any additional paper work or registration forms.
 

What it covers:

• Specially marked Electronic Performance Parts 
• Normal, everyday wear and tear
• Mechanical and electrical failure
• Environmental factors like heat, dust and humidity
• Defects in materials and workmanship

What it does NOT cover

• Lost or stolen units and units missing parts
• Cracked or damaged LCD screens
• VIN Locked Downloaders
• Fuel Mileage Claims
• Program Updates / New Version Releases

How do you use it?

Fill out our online return request form located here. If we determine a replacement unit is required we will have the product picked up by UPS and inspect it. We will then either repair your unit or have a replacement sent back to you.
 

Exclusions & Restrictions:

This is a replacement plan and therefore XDP will NOT refund your money. If your product is not reparable and/or the product is no longer available from the manufacturer XDP will issue you a store credit for the original purchase price of the product. This plan is non transferable and will expire 1 year after the purchase date. All shipping cost covered by XDP will be UPS ground. Please allow 2-8 Weeks for product replacement.
