Description
Enhance the look while keeping your differential cool with the Mag-Hytec Dana 80 Differential Cover. This high capacity 8-quart cover features an O-ring seal, 1/8" NPT temperature sender port, and 303 stainless steel hardware for a clean installation.
Features:
- Magnetic drain plug and anodized aluminum dipstick with magnetic insert
- O-rings require no gaskets or sealant
- Routine lube maintenance without removing the differential cover
- 1/8 NPT temperature sender port
- 303 stainless steel hardware
- Lube level reference plug
- Finned aircraft aluminum housing
- Requires allen key wrenches (included) for installation and service
- Fits with most factory suspension systems and aftermarket anti-sway bars

Note: This cover will not work on the 2008-2010 Ford F-450 models because it does not fit on the drop-out rear end. All 2wd Dodge Ram trucks require the use of MH80100 Sway Bar Brackets for clearance (see below).

After years of manually removing differential cover, scraping gaskets/reapplying, I finally broke down and replaced the rear differential cover. MagHytec cover is premium quality, looks great on my truck, along with the added convenience of easy drain/fill plus extra fluid capacity. Highly recommend.
