Description
Outflow the factory hot side intercooler tube on your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke by 7% with the AFE 46-20108-B BladeRunner Hot Side Intercooler Pipe. AFE constructs the 46-20108-B from 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for strength, increased airflow, and reduced turbulence then adds a wrinkle-black powder coat for good looks and excellent heat resistance.
Utilizing the included reinforced couplers and stainless steel clamps, this AFE hot side tube is a direct replacement for your factory tube and mates right up to the factory intercooler for a hassle-free installation. This tube is also equipped with an 1/8" NPT port for adding a sensor or injection.

Had bump a 1/4 deep dimple to clear alternator and another the clear '06 HVAC pipe. But other then that seems to spool the turbo nicely. The clamps fit really tight. So if you have a 150+ amp alt and you'll have to work to make it fit.
