The AFE 46-70120-1 Transmission Pan for your 1994-2010 Ford 7.3L/6.0L/6.4L Powerstroke equipped with a E4OD, 4R100, or 5R110 brings performance engineering to the protection of your transmission. AFE 's transmission pan adds an additional 6 quarts over the factory pan. Internal and external fins transfer heat from the fluid to the ambient air for maximum cooling. This transmission pan is constructed out of durable die-cast A380 aluminum with reinforced ribs for maximum strength. When it comes to engineering for power, performance, protection and value, AFE Power is the only choice.
Internal and External Fins:
Internal and external fins help draw heat from the fluid to the outside air for improved cooling.
Magnetic Drain Plug:
This pan incorporates a large neodymium magnetic drain plug that captures loose ferrous metals for greater transmission protection .
1/8" NPT Port:
Threaded 1/8" NPT port allow for the easy installation of a transmission temperature sensor.
Hassle-Free Installation:
Transmission pan comes complete with all necessary hardware and RTV Silicone to bolt directly to factory location for a hassle-free installation.

my only complaint is that all the edges are RAZOR SHARP cut my self when i took it out of the box had to file the outside mounting flange and remove the lip in the bolt holes because the drill didn't go all the way through but don't get me wrong it is a quality aluminum pan for the money

The AFE 46-70120-1 TRANSMISSION PAN (RAW FINISH) does come with a transmission filter. Furthermore, the pan will hold an additional 7.5 quarts over the stock transmission pan.
