Description
The PureFlow AirDog A4SPBD005 150GPH Air/Fuel Separation System provides the most effective technology designed specifically to remove water, particulates, vapor and entrained air from the diesel fuel in your truck. The AirDog is a lift pump and filtration system, that enhances the fuel delivery to your engine with a commercial duty system.
Your high performance diesel engine demands higher fuel flows. Yet higher fuel flows increase the vacuum at the fuel pump and agitation in the fuel tank. These factors generate additional air/vapor in the fuel system preventing your engine from producing maximum power and efficiency. Additionally, air/vapor can cause galling and pitting of the injector barrel/plunger assembly and also tip erosion. The AirDog eliminates air in the fuel that robs your engine of consistently greater performance and can also cause permanent damage to your injectors. The AirDog also provides the fuel pressures and flows your diesel engine needs to produce maximum power, any time, every time!
The Airdog works by pulling fuel from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of moisture. The fuel passes through the water separator which removes the water and large particulate contaminates. Then, the fuel with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump. Under positive pressure flow, the fuel passes through the fuel filter and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated and returned to the tank. The clean fuel is now free of contaminants and water and flows at the proper pressures up to your engine. Each kit includes plumbing, hardware, wiring harness, mounting bracket and all components needed for installation.

Great kit easy to install. Only took a few hours to put in. One complaint is my relay for the wiring was put together ass backwards so after some re-wiring its all good

Fairly easy to install, and it sure is nice looking at my fuel pressure gauge (attitude monitor) and seeing 19-21 psi while im driving and she only gets down to 15-16 psi when i drop the hammer (with the juice all the way up) good insurance for the crappy stock lift pumps we all deal with.

00 24v edge J/A straight exhaust this was the next step. Improved fuel mileage and could drop the hammer and not loose fuel pressure. Hangs down pretty low on the frame, but holy sh** does this thing move now.

Bought the pump to support future mods. Had some issues since instructions were not too clear on hooking Airdog up to CP3. Would like to see Airdog improve their instructions as there is a definite difference in how the Airdog hooks up to a 5.9 and a 6.7 (The pictures could be much better since they are blurry).Bottom line is the pump is not as quiet as advertised, the instructions are somewhat vague, the tech is kind of like talking to a voice recognition system at the bank, but the pump works great. Saw a definite improvement in fuel mileage and power.

VERY NICE KIT. I OPENED THE BOX AND DONE A PARTS LIST CHECK FOUND THAT I HAD TWO OF THE SAME HOSE PART NUMBERS, SO I MADE A CALL AND FOUND OUT THEY CHANGED PART NUMBERS BUT MADE NO NOTES IN THE PARTS LIST. I DONT LIKE THE DRAW STRAW IDEA. SO I ORDERED A SUMP KIT. THE OVER ALL INSTALL WAS VERY EASY,I HAVE NOT DROVE THE TRUCK ENOUGH TO SEE A INCREASE IN MILEAGE OR PERFORMANCE.
