Description
The PureFlow AirDog A4SPBD005 150GPH Air/Fuel Separation System provides the most effective technology designed specifically to remove water, particulates, vapor and entrained air from the diesel fuel in your truck. The AirDog is a lift pump and filtration system, that enhances the fuel delivery to your engine with a commercial duty system.
Your high performance diesel engine demands higher fuel flows. Yet higher fuel flows increase the vacuum at the fuel pump and agitation in the fuel tank. These factors generate additional air/vapor in the fuel system preventing your engine from producing maximum power and efficiency. Additionally, air/vapor can cause galling and pitting of the injector barrel/plunger assembly and also tip erosion. The AirDog eliminates air in the fuel that robs your engine of consistently greater performance and can also cause permanent damage to your injectors. The AirDog also provides the fuel pressures and flows your diesel engine needs to produce maximum power, any time, every time!
The Airdog works by pulling fuel from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of moisture. The fuel passes through the water separator which removes the water and large particulate contaminates. Then, the fuel with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump. Under positive pressure flow, the fuel passes through the fuel filter and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated and returned to the tank. The clean fuel is now free of contaminants and water and flows at the proper pressures up to your engine. Each kit includes plumbing, hardware, wiring harness, mounting bracket and all components needed for installation.

installed the air dog 150 on my 98.5 dodge with just a super chips intake and exhaust on her and man what a difference. before i had the bd pump on and it nothing like this well worth the money

Great fuel pump!!!2004.5 Dodge pump is really Quiet, really well put together. The truck even idles better.

Just put it on my 01 with the edge, k&n, mbrp 6" and it made a huge difference. truck idels alot better relitivly quite and fairly easy to installl just make sure you get the adapter for the fuel pres if you have a gauge. and with my truck set at 5 on the edge i made a 800mi trip and i went from 16 to 22.6 mpg.
