Very quick to ship received my pump in 2 days..
Easy install quality product
Only problem was the smaller of the two red plugs for the holes that you put the fittings in, came out hard I had to grab it with a pair of needle nose pliers, resulting in a tiny piece of it falling into the pump and getting wedged in the impeller... Thought I had a bad pump upon further inspection realize what the problem was took the piece of plastic out of the impeller everything is A-OK!!!!

The pressure of the pump is preset for the 5.9L 24 Valve Cummins engine at 14/16 PSI. The Raptor™ FRRP-100, a gerotor fuel pump, features an adjustable pressure regulator, but in most cases adjustments will only be necessary if fuel modifications require you to do so.
I have 40 HP injectors and a juice with attitude on my truck will this pump be sufficient?

The AirDog R3SBD100 Factory Replacement 100GPH Raptor Pump (FRRP) would be more than enough.
AirDog and AirDog II 100 units are recommended for up to 500 horsepower.
AirDog 150 and AirDog II 165 units are recommended for horsepower up to 800.
AirDog II 200 units are recommended for anything that exceeds 1000 horsepower.
What else do I need to get this on a a 2002 dodge? 2002 dodge 2500, with... intank pump.(recall) its the dodge. The bd low pressure light I installed turn on when the rpms get high and the fuel pressure drops below 5 psi. I want an aftermarket fuel lift pump. Any recommendations? I am keeping this truck stock forever.

This pump is not for trucks that have had the intake pump conversion performed. Please look into the R2SBD355 which is specifically for trucks that have had the in-tank pump conversion installed already. It includes all the components necessary for installation.
I have a stock 2001 Dodge witch doesn't have the tank mounted FP, it is in the block, is this the unit I would use?

The AIRDOG R3SBD100 FACTORY REPLACEMENT 100GPH RAPTOR PUMP (FRRP) is compatible with all 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Cummins (Stock To Moderate) that still have a factory lift pump mounted to the driver’s side of the engine block. If the lift pump has been relocated (retro-fitted) into the fuel tank, this unit will not work.

Best bet is to add a fuel pressure gauge so that you can ensure the pressure is set to the recommended value.
In order to run a fuel pressure gauge in combination with the AIRDOG R3SBD100 FACTORY REPLACEMENT 100GPH RAPTOR PUMP (FRRP) you will need the following products:
1). Fuel Pressure Gauge (such as this)
I have a 2003 frieghtliner MT45 with the cummins 24v 5.9L. Do you have the necessary fittings for my application? Don't have any quick connects need other fittings to use this pump

I have a 2001 Dodge 24v with an Edge Comp Box installed. Would this pump be a better replacement for the stock pump already on the truck? Also would I need to make any adjustments to the pump in order to keep up with the rest of the system?
