ATS 3019002326 Deep Transmission Pan

Installed on a 2021 Ram Cummins 68RFE. Time will tell how the trans reacts with the pan in regards to temperature. All the components supplied are well made, and it went in without a hitch. I might add that the dealer installed this at 37k, as the truck is under warranty.

The pan looks great. Having the increased oil capacity is good too. It wouldn't bolt up though because the oil pickup extender was too long and there were fins on the inside of the pan right where the pickup is located. So I had to cut and grind the pickup extender and remove a large chunk of the fin on the inside of the pan so the pickup extender would fit. That’s a pretty crappy error for such an expensive item.

Be careful when ordering this part. The listing that shows it will fit 2007.5 to 2018 is incorrect, when the actual part arrived the instructions from ATS indicated it only fits 2007.5 to 2014. It will fit a 2015 Ram 2500 if your willing to grind the inside of the pan to get around the fill tube and redo the cooling lines. The product itself is nice, I would recommend buying it directly from ATS to avoid all the bullshit. I was first told by XDP that it shipped, then I was told it was on back order with no ship date, then after several phone calls to XDP I changed the order to another product, at that point the original part shipped. Nothing but confusion! The reason I gave this product 3 stars is because of fitment issue, other than that it is a quality product and works as it should, I did not buy this pan for looks as it is under the truck, I bought it for function. My Trans temp has dropped another 10 to 15 degrees when towing 12000lb trailer.

Looks great, haven’t towed my trailer yet to see how much of a difference it will make but I’m hopeful, I bought the billet filter adapter as well to make sure i don’t have issues later on.

Added this to my 2018 Cummins...have had one on my 02 for 5 years..its amazing how much the Temps drop. I notice on mine 40-70 degree drops on both rigs.
