Banks Power 4" Cat-Back Single Monster Exhaust System

The Banks Power 4" Cat-Back Single Monster Exhaust System will replace the rotted exhaust system on your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. This exhaust system flows up to 122 percent better than the factory exhaust and practically eliminates back pressure. This system’s 4” intermediate pipes and tailpipe are manufactured from stainless steel, heavy-wall tubing with constant-diameter bends to maximize airflow and lower exhaust gas temps. The factory catalytic converter is retained with provision in the exhaust system.

This Banks Single Monster Exhaust System replaces the restrictive OEM muffler with a polished stainless Monster muffler. Featuring a straight-through 4-inch diameter path, this muffler flows up to 129 percent more than the factory unit. The expansion chamber in this muffler disperses the annoying mid-range exhaust drone that accompanies the majority of straight-through mufflers. This muffler uses spun ceramic packing, very-high-temperature packing, and provides an authoritative, but never intrusive exhaust sound. The 5” rolled-edge polished exhaust tip has an adjustable clamp for positioning on the tailpipe. To help keep the exhaust tip looking great, Banks has a 1/2” air gap to keep heat from tarnishing the finish.
