Installation Tech Tip:
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor is installed in the intake tube of the air intake system. During installation of a cold air intake, the MAF must be removed and transferred over. While replacement of a functioning MAF sensor is not necessary, it is considered a good practice to inspect, clean, or replace the sensor (if needed) whenever it's removed.

Works very well. Turbo is much louder in the cab. During removal of OEM air box, the actuator motor that will be reused can be quite difficult (removing airflow door from actuator motor) be patient and spray with PB blast to help corrosion on motor shaft. Great step by step directions, anyone could install.

Order (#1113326) - Ordered the Banks Ram-Air for my 2016 Ram 2500 6.7 Mega Cab along with Banks 5” Monster Exhaust. So far after installing over 2 months ago, everything is holding up great. Installation was simple enough and everything fits pretty tight like it was meant to be there. You can hear the turbo whine a little more and and it has a little deeper/throaty sound. It’s not overwhelming like it like setup I had on my previous 5.9 Cummins which became a little hypnotizing when I drove long distances. Minor increase of fuel mileage and I can honestly admit that there doesn’t feel like a power increase. I think with more upgrades it would feel even more effective but my truck is pretty much stock since it’s still under warranty. Overall, looks great, sounds great and performs slightly better than stock...
