Description
The BD-Power 1032050 Sway Bar End Links are a must-have upgrade for one of those pesky maintenance items that are so often replaced. Put an END to your END LINK Replacements! The factory sway bar end links on the 2000-2009 4WD 2500/3500 (Diesel and HEMI) are prone to wearing or pounding out, and, even breaking when the truck is lifted on 2-post vehicle lifts due to the stress of the axle dropping.
BD's Sway Bar End Links have a Dual Pivot Design that allows for greater amount of articulation and less stress. Long life Urethane bushing design allows for greater flex without breaking and will not pound out or seize due to the elements. Things that even the competition would be envious of. All components are designed to be easily serviceable and wearing items are low cost to replace. Kits come complete with all hardware* and can quickly be installed in approximately 1-hour.

Does not fit Power Wagon models.
2000-2005 Models may require drilling the axle mount to 9/16”.
Trucks lifted more than 3-inches will require sway bar offset spacer which is typically included in most lift kits.

The manufacturer should start including in the directions, they require drilling out the mounts to the truck...But they are very well built and fit my 05 third gen great. My truck is lowered 9 inches in the rear and 7 inches in the front and they align perfectly and do not bind and really have tightened my front end. I would highly recommend them for lowered applications.

This is not a plug and play steering stabilizer it does require drilling! But other then that it’s a very easy install and make a great upgrade.

LAST YEAR I HAD TO REPLACED THE END LINKS ON MY 01 2500 BUT THESE WERE ON BACK ORDER SO I WENT WITH THE MOOG LINKS, THEY WERE NICE AND HELD UP BETTER THAN THE PART STORE BRANDS. DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO UPGRADE, THE INSTALL WAS PRETTY PAINLESS. YES YOU WILL HAVE TO DRILL OUT A HOLE ON EACH SIDE BUT ITS WORTH IT. NOT ONLY DO THEY LOOK AMAZING YOU WILL NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PURCHASE .... THANK YOU AGAIN XDP

Installed over the weekend on my 04. Couldn't be more happy with this purchase. The old TUFF COUNTRY SWAY BAR END LINKS 30927 broke. Installation was a breeze! This kit did require a 14mm drill bit. Happy with with this purchase!

Two days from order online to my door. Great start. BD's product is perfect. The actual link, bushings, etc. look MUCH better that in these pics. I cannot imagine a stronger link out there... Maybe billet titanium but I don't see that happening. Best money I've spent in a long time. XDP had the best price, fast free shipping so what more can you ask for???
