XDP offers the BD-Power 1041463 Exhaust Manifolds Kit that will replace the leaking manifolds on your 2009-2022 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi Classic or 2009-2018 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.7L Hemi. The BD upgraded manifolds tackle the bolt failure issues on the exhaust manifold by combining extended fasteners and spacers that effectively withstand thermal expansion. In addition, BD-Power designed independent mounting locations for the heat shield, separating it from the mounting bolts to help enhance reliability. These manifolds feature a robust, thicker design, and are constructed from high-silicon ductile iron to reduce warping, ensuring your truck remains on the road for the long haul.

Had read about these as the superior solution on multiple forums. Called my local exhaust pros and they recommended them, unprompted. Ordered the set and the shop installed. The "lifter noise" from the passenger side is a thing of the past (aka was the shot manifolds). Six broken bolts, so it was a bit of a job.

Everything in the kit was great. Manifolds are good quality. Only issue I had was both manifolds leaked where the collector pipes bolt up. Adjust multiple times still had a leak. Had to use some copper exhaust RTV to get a good seal. Good product that should take care of the stud breaking issue. Just feel like they should fit better at the collector pipes without rtv given the price of the kit.
