BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Kit With Gaskets & Studs 1043001

The BD-Power 1043001 Exhaust Manifold Kit will replace the warped or cracked manifolds in your vehicle. The 3.5L EcoBoost had a flawed design where only 8 of the 11 exhaust studs were used, which lead to warped exhaust manifolds, broken studs, and blown manifold gaskets. BD has engineered a manifold kit that uses all 11 stud locations and improves exhaust flow with greater durability, the way it should have come from the factory.

The BD-Power 1043001 Exhaust Manifold Kit features manifolds that are manufactured with thicker-walled high silicone ductile iron that designed to resist warping. Each kit includes 22 class 8.8 studs and 22 exhaust spacers that are engineered to improve thermal resistance.
