The BD Diesel Exhaust Manifolds With Gaskets & Studs 1043008 focus on solving one of the the Ford Powerstroke 6.7L common failure issues, the exhaust manifolds. Each set is crafted from a heavy-duty 0.275" thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting, making these manifolds 75% thicker to combat cracking due to high exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability has been improved with longer exhaust studs and spacers plus thicker, more durable machined bolting flanges. Fully EGR compatible, BD's exhaust manifold set is the perfect replacement for reliability and peace of mind.

Fit on there perfectly and the stud installer it comes with works great. About the same price as getting all OEM manifolds and hardware that are sold separately so you might as well do this one.

seems to be well made, including the hardware. it did slightly change the location of one of the up pipes, so remounting the turbo turned into a more difficult job.
