Turbo wastegate solenoid

It doesn’t operate the same as the factory part. The factory solenoid allowed boost to go to 35psi for about a second, and then it would bump it down to 30 psi and hold steady there. The new solenoid rapidly and constantly blips back and forth between 35 psi and 25 psi. I am concerned that under heavy load conditions this could cause overheating conditions.
