The fully divided pulse manifold made from high-silicon ductile iron is designed to withstand extreme temperatures and vibration. Designed using modern technology to ensure optimal internal geometry. Precision slip joints allow the manifold to expand and contract, which reduces cyclic thermal fatigue and greatly increase manifold longevity.

just added my new bd-manifold..on my 03 dodge, it made a big power change than stock, lowerd my egts by about 100-200 degress. good work bd!!!!

I just had this installed on my truck, and I love it. I immediately noticed quicker turbo spool, better acceleration, and lower EGT's. I used to have to wait a long time for the EGT's to cool down to save the turbo, now it cools down to around 300 degrees in a matter of a few seconds instead of close to a minute or more in the heat. On the freeway the AVG Econ went up to 19+ right away. I also noticed that it smokes less. I have an 06 5.9 with a Smarty, and intake and exhaust.

It took twice as long to remove the stock manifold then to install this item. Fit was perfect and I recieved all the hardware decribed. The only thing you reuse is two of the studs off of your turbo mounts to the manifold. This acually makes it easier to install. Just pop them out with vice grips. Also used the BD gaskets and there's no leaks. Pyro guage fit perfectly in the pre-tapped port. Looks great, runs great.

Put this bad boy on my 01 Dodge over the weekend, and it went right on. Didn't have to remove the turbo, All the hardware worked as it should, thing went right on! Dig the ports for the EGT sensor and they are in a good location. Make sure you order the gasket kit for the manifold, and the turbo. Great product, changed the sound of the exhaust slightly, and turbo spools a bit quicker. also seems the EGT's dropped slightly. Very happy with it so far, can't beat BD's stuff!
