Description
Eliminate the interference in the throttle position sensor in your 1994-2004 Dodge 5.9L Diesel with the BD-Power 1300030 Dodge APPS Noise Isolator. The interference that is common on these trucks creates false voltage readings in the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (APPS) circuit. These false readings cause the torque converter lock-up to cycle rapidly on and off as you're driving. This easy fix allows you to remove the interference and restore proper lock-up operation.

Bought an APPS Noise Isolater (Order #1107004) and it fixed my problem completely! VERY easy to install, comes with instructions if lost, saves you hundreds!!

very very very easy install and after taking the truck to transmission shops and dealerships and searching forums and threads online i found nothing until i saw this. for 20 bucks why not try it? works amazinggg no more torque unlocking and locking issues, now a nice smooth transition
