Description
Eliminate the interference in the throttle position sensor in your 1994-2004 Dodge 5.9L Diesel with the BD-Power 1300030 Dodge APPS Noise Isolator. The interference that is common on these trucks creates false voltage readings in the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (APPS) circuit. These false readings cause the torque converter lock-up to cycle rapidly on and off as you're driving. This easy fix allows you to remove the interference and restore proper lock-up operation.

Had a issue with my torque converter locking and unlocking at 45-55 mph. I didn’t believe this would fix it but it did. For $35 it fixed my problem.

Just bought my truck and had problems immediately with the trans going in and out of lockup. Bought this and installed it (very easy install) and it’s been flawless. The only complaint is the garbage connector they give you to connect it to the trucks wiring. I cut that off and spliced it in using a traditional crimp connection and shrink wrap instead.
