The BD-Power 1044106 T3-T4 Adapter Flange provides an inexpensive alternative to replacing your exhaust manifold. With T4 sized turbine housings, there is no performance advantage to changing the exhaust manifold to match. So, why go through the expense? The BD-Power T4-T3 Manifold Flange allows you to adapt a T4 Turbocharger to your T3 manifold. Machine cut flat to 0.480, the BD adapter seals in exhaust drive pressure.

Notes:
Due to the large variety of exhaust manifolds and turbochargers, different hardware may be required (not included).
It may be necessary to drill out threaded holes in manifold or turbo to allow a stud to pass through.
Cannot be used to adapt a T4 manifold down to a T3 turbo.

bought a s362 for my pickup and needed a adapter for T4, the back bolts didn't go in so I just throw on the front ones, I'm changing out my exhaust manifold in a month so I'm not to worried about it tbh.

Fit perfectly. Did a 2nd gen swap awhile back with stock turbo, then upgraded to an s464 and needed the adapter flange as my manifold was a t3 and turbo is a t4. Gaskets and everything included. Very straight forward install.

Came with all the hardware needed except the Allen bolts are not long enough to put a nut on the back. I assume this is for a dodge and the t3 manifold is threaded. I found some longer Allen bolts and used a grinder to shorten the heads to make it work.
