The Cognito Billet Upper Control Arm Kit 110-91365 will help you get more droop out of the front end of your GM Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. By enhancing front suspension geometry, providing added adjustability for both camber and caster with FK 7/8 Heim Joints, and optimizing ball joint angles throughout the full range of suspension travel, these control arms improve suspension performance.
Every Cognito billet control arm is precisely machined from high-quality 6061 aluminum and is anodize durable black finish. This results in a lightweight yet highly durable control arm that delivers one of the strongest upper control arms Cognito has developed to date. All necessary hardware and detailed step-by-step instructions are included for a smooth and trouble-free installation.
These billet upper control arms feature a Delta Pro ball joint, engineered to deliver more strength than a traditional ball joint with the articulation benefits typically associated with a uniball. While uniballs are recognized for smooth articulation, they can be vulnerable to harsh environments in daily driving conditions. By incorporating a protective housing with Zinc corrosion-resistant plating and a durable grease seal to keep contaminants out, Cognito's design addresses this issue.
The greaseable design and metal-on-metal construction help provide long-lasting performance of the Delta Joint while allowing for noiseless operation. What makes the Delta Joint stand apart from the other joints is that it provides greater durability over standard uniballs while offering better articulation than conventional ball joints, providing a well-balanced solution for both off-road capability and on-road comfort.
