The CSF 6029 OEM+ Replacement Intercooler (Bar & Plate Core) from XDP is an ideal upgrade for your vehicle. This intercooler is manufactured from the highest quality components to provide you with the best aftermarket OE replacement intercooler available for your truck. Each CSF OEM+ Intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks for a higher level of durability, reliability and burst pressure capabilities. Featuring a 100% TIG welded construction with a bar/plate core that matches the performance of the OEM Intercooler. Designed to be a true "Drop-in Fit" that requires no modifications to install, this intercooler will work with all OEM components including OEM hoses, brackets, and mounting points.
The core of a bar-and-plate intercooler acts as a heat sink, efficiently soaking up heat in stop-and-go traffic and dissipating it while in motion. The sealing in bar-and-plate units is superior, with bars and brazing sheets providing a 100% seal between ambient and charge sides. With more rows and area per passage, bar-and-plate units can handle higher boost more effectively than tube-and-fin designs. This makes it an excellent choice for those that want more than a stock replacement for their truck.
