The CSF 6072 OEM+ Replacement Intercooler is manufactured from the highest quality components to provide you with the best aftermarket OE replacement intercooler available for your 2003-2009 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Diesel. Each CSF OEM+ Intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks for a higher level of durability, reliability and burst pressure capabilities. Featuring a 100% TIG welded construction with an OEM style tube/fin core that matches or exceeds the performance of the OEM Intercooler. Designed to be a true "Drop-in Fit" that requires no modifications to install, this intercooler will work with all OEM components including OEM hoses, brackets, and mounting points.

This 2” intercooler is compatible with a 2005 2500 even though the listing says otherwise. Great fit and build quality. Instantly fixed the boost leak coming from the OEM plastic tanks.

Made a huge difference in power. I had a small hole in my stock one and I put this one on and my truck barely smokes now, I get 3mpg better fuel mileage, the throttle is more responsive, and I got 7psi more of boost. Highly recommend. Shipping was also extremely fast and XDP is super easy to work with.

I bought this because I had a 1' in a 3500. It fitted perfectly in a 07 RAM 3500, and worked very nice with my setup. Standard size on the attached boots, now I get better miles per gallons and more air in the turbo, running cooler too.
