DNR Customs Cam Removal Tray With Complete Removal/Install Kit

If you love wasting 500$ for no reason completely at all and getting magnets stuck in your engine. Then this kit is for you!! Bought this kit thinking it would be the bees knees for doing the cam swap in my 2020 Cummins. Turns out to be my worst nightmare and made the cam and lifter job 10 times harder than it should have been. The plastic pushrods that have the magnets balls on the end made for holding the lifter up. Well, the magnets you know.... JUST FALL OUT WHILE IN THE ENGINE AND GET STUCK AND YOU HAVE TO SPEND HOURS TRYING TO FISH THEM OUT, BECAUSE THEY GET STUCK TO EVERYTHING! AND YOU KNOW THIS KIT SUCKS WHEN YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND IT TELLS YOU TO CHECK THE RODS BECAUSE THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE. Which I did read and thought was weird, but did check them and they seem to be fine outside the block. But once inside the engine, the balls would just fall out of the lifter and get stuck to the engine block or cam. The issue is they just have a plastic rod and heated up the magnet ball and press the rod over it poorly. You know your stuff is design this bad when you have to put that to check them in the instructions. Maybe you should fix you stuff or don't charge 450$ more then this kit is worth. You basically paying for a half piece of pipe and 16 oreillys magnets and couple of wooden dowls. Highly dont recommend this kit. My advice is just to piece together your own kit for a fraction of the price and don't deal with the headache of a design flaw that a hamster with half a brain cell made.
