Had no issues; plugged right in and worked great!

Fairly pleased so far. Only minor gripes. I bought this tuner less than 2 weeks after buying a used 2019 F-250 Super Duty Lariat because it was the newest model I could find with the most options for my Truck. Maybe I didn't look hard enough and maybe there are other vendors, but I have this now and I'm sticking with it. I like the size of the display and the ease of installation. I looked up a video of how this was to be installed and it was done in less than 10 minutes. I then started up the truck and had some issues. I didn't see it stated, but it appears that you MUST connect this to a Windows or Mac computer before you install it in your truck so that it can be registered and updated with your information. Okay, minor set back. I downloaded the most recent updates and took it back out to my truck. The second time the device booted up with less questions and tutorials, and more options to configure became usable. I was able to apply an "Economy" tune in about 15-20 minutes, which was a bit longer than I had hoped for. I was really hoping to see these custom "tunes" to install in definitely less than 10 minutes, and really closer to 5 or less. Reason being, I would probably leave it in "Economy" mode most of the time, but when I'm hauling one of my trailers I would want to be able to quickly install the "Towing" tune and hit the road. I guess there is time needed to hook up to the trailer and get prepped to leave, and with the correct level of planning this could work, but I'll have to get used to it. I've been driving with this in my truck now for only about 1-2 weeks, and probably less than 200 miles, but I like the ability to quickly see the gauges that I customized. My truck came lifted with larger tires, and I was hoping to see that this module would take that into account, given that I input my tire size and the stock tire size, but the speed is still different than GPS speed by a few miles per hour. I did like (very much so) when I found out that this little unit is running on Debian Linux. Fantastic choice! Few things to note... After spending over 650 dollars on this device, nearly as much as a new Cell phone, and easily enough for a mid-range laptop these days, I was really hoping that the documentation on these devices was more thorough. I am looking to know much more technical detail about the device that I just have not been able to find in the PDFs on the manufacturer's website. Anyway, if you're looking for a great device to tune your truck, this is definitely it. It's a niche market for sure, so I'm not super surprised these tuners are as expensive as they are, but for ease of use and the ability to use built-in "tunes" for Economy, Towing, etc., is very nice. If you buy this tuner, just make sure you connect it to your computer and update it BEFORE you connect it to your truck.
