The Edge Products 85401-201 Evolution CTS3 (California Edition - Duramax) is a great way to add power and efficiency to your 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML. This tuner is one of the most state-of-the-art programmers on the market and features a sleek auto-dimming 5” touchscreen display. The high-resolution screen delivers an unmatched pixel ratio and excellent graphics for unsurpassed visibility.  This screen offers an exceptionally customizable gauge and background to allow the end user to custom tailor the screen to their needs. With ultra-fast processing speeds and WiFi update capability, this programmer is one of the most technologically advanced tuners on the market.  

The Edge 85401-201 Evolution CTS3 programs the ECM in your Chevy/GMC through the OBDII port. This tuner stores the factory tune and loads the Edge tune of your choice, allowing you to return the vehicle back to the factory tune. All power levels offered in the Evolution CTS3 are tuned by a team of engineers and can be installed or uninstalled in minutes. Not only can this programmer add horsepower, it functions as a complete gauge package to monitor vital engine and transmission data in real time. This allows you to observe parameters such as RPM, boost, engine temp, transmission temp, load percent, and much more with the EAS. An Edge backup camera can be purchased separately to add a backup camera to Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks that were not equipped with a camera from the factory.

I purchased this product over a year ago and have been back and forth with Edge and had to send my ECU back to Edge to be repaired after attempting to download to tune after it wouldn’t install correctly the first time and they had recommended pulling certain fuses and nobody with stand behind the product nether XDP nor Edge so don’t waste your money on this product. I have $700 into a tuner that I am unable to use.

Definitely worth it! It woke up my Lly and the response in the throttle is quick. I did already had purchase an intake, Down pipe and 4" exhaust prior to me installing this programmer. It made a huge difference. Definitely worth the $$ I did also bought the gauge pod wich I highly recommend. Looks cleaner, you don't get the sunglare and it's closer to you.
