Description

The FASS T 260G Titanium Series 260GPH Fuel Air Separation System is engineered to be the top performing, longest lasting and most reliable aftermarket filtration system in the diesel industry. Rated at 260 gallons per hour and backed by a 4-year warranty, the Titanium Series offers advanced filtration that will help protect your fuel injection system, effectively extending the life of components. These benefits include: improved filtration rating of 3 Microns, a built in water separation filter and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process.

FASS Silencing Technology (FST)
Developed by the engineering team at FASS Fuel Systems to help reduce the noise created by aftermarket fuel and air separation systems. By using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears and a high quality military Specd Coating over the aluminum base, FASS Fuel Systems is able to develop the quietest fuel air separation system on the market.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
An advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and also to prevent stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the corner of a 90 degree bend.  FASS Titanium Series Fuel Pumps are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90 degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.

Mass Flow Return (MFR)
Technology is used to continually polish your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and returning the fuel, that's not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water. This means your fuel is constantly being moved and cleaned. This guarantees that your truck always has the freshest and cleanest fuel possible.

Questions and Answers

Will this FASS pump work on a 6.5 gm td? 1996. And what pressure is it rated at?
View Staff Answer
Answer

The FASS Universal Titanium Series Fuel Air Separation Systems can be used on many applications because they are universal. The pressures depend on which pump you choose.

If you need help picking out the proper pump for your application it would be best to speak with one of our Performance Specialists at 1-888-DIESEL-4.

How do you determine the GPH (gallon per hour) pump needed?
View Staff Answer
Answer

FASS Fuel System recommendations are generally based on your HP Rating:

Stock – 700HP – Go with a 125GPH pump

700HP – 1,000HP – Go with a 200GPH pump

1,000HP – 1,200HP – Go with the 220GPH pump

Over 1,200HP? - Highly modified or extremely high horsepower applications are best addressed by a Diesel Expert. Give us a call at 1-888-DIESEL4 for more assistance.

Is this the product Kevin Rutherford speaks highly of on Sirius/XM radio? If so, how do I determine what model/size I need for my engine? (2014 cascadia, Detroit series, not sure if its a 13 or 15

Kevin Rutherford is a known supporter of FASS Fuel Systems and speaks of this on the show.

NOTE The vast majority of unmodified Class 8 semi trucks will operate perfectly with our 150gph (T 150G model). Modified vehicles may require the higher flow rate of our T 220G model. Other specific fuel rates are also available. Contact us for more information.

* NOTE Class 8 semi trucks with stock Caterpillar C16 or stock Cummins ISX Signature 600 engines will require the 220gph flow rate of our T 220G model.

* NOTE Class 8 semi trucks with Unit Injected Mechanical (UIM) fuel systems require an additional oil pressure switch (part number 78143) which is included in all of our Titanium UIM Kits for proper operation. Part number 78143 is listed on our Miscellaneous Accessories page also.

* NOTE Class 8 FASS systems all require fuel line kits for installation. Please visit our Fuel Line Kits page for fitment options.
