The Firestone 2598 Ride-Rite Air Bag Helper Springs for your Ram will provide load support through the use of air pressure that can be adjusted for changing loads. This no-drill kit uses existing holes in the frame for easy installation. Designed to position the air spring between the coil spring and tire for maximum stability. Improves overall handling and supports up to 5,000 lbs (not to exceed vehicle's GVWR).

I have a fiberglass work topper that lives in my 2024 Ram 2500. I purchased these airbags to help carry the load. The airbags take the place of the rubber bump stops. Now, if I hit a large bump with no rubber bump stop,of the suspension bottoms out and slams hard. Even with 20lbs pressure in them and the minimum is 5lbs. Other companies have a rubber bump stop built into the airbags. Firestone needs to consider the same, as this is a huge safety concern!

Airbags work awesome however the hardware that comes with it sucks. They leak. I had to spend an additional $70 on shark bites to make the bags function without leaking and they still leak. I am spending another $75 to get steel braided lines to hope they hold strong.
