The Hot Shot's Secret Blue Diamond G56 Severe Duty SAE 50 Transmission Fluid - 1 Quart (32 Oz.) Bottle is specifically engineered for the G56 in your Dodge Ram 5.9L/6.7L diesel. The formulation of this transmission fluid is built on a foundation of 100% poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) Group IV and premium Group V synthetic oils and are enhanced with FR3 Nano Technology. This combination offers protection against the main causes of transmission breakdown and aids in extending transmission life. This fluid will offer greater wear resistance, thermal stability, deposit and sludge prevention, reduced breakdown, and increased oxidation resistance. The SAE 50 formula aids in lowering internal transmission temperatures. This fluid offers protection against fluid breakdown, which is frequent in heavy-duty situations like difficult terrain and heavy towing.

Tech Tip
Your G56 Transmission will take 6 quarts of fluid for a fill. It is common in the aftermarket for many to run an additional quart bringing the transmission fill to 7 quarts total to help reduce gear rollover noise common with upgraded aftermarket clutches. This is based on personal preference. If you choose to add the extra fluid, Only 6 quarts will fit when utilizing the fill hole, the final quart will need to be filled through the shift tower.
