Description
Increase airflow while adding custom styling under the hood of your 2004.5-2005 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY with the HSP LLY Cold Air Intake. This 4" mandrel bent intake draws fresh are from the headlight bezel and fender port for a consistent and re-flowing path that out-performs other intakes on the market. The heat deflection box provides an airtight seal which prevents hot engine temperatures from entering the filter. HSP has show an average increase of 20HP and 58 lb. x ft of torque.

Installation Tech Tip:
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor is mounted in the intake tube of the air intake system. During installation of a cold air intake, the MAF must be removed and moved over. While replacement of a functioning MAF sensor is not necessary, it is considered a good practice to inspect, clean, or replace the sensor (if needed) whenever it's removed.

Just installed and haven’t Driven more than 15 miles but dang is the truck a lot faster and you can tell there’s a difference in power. I love it especially the way it sounds and feels on your throttle. Would recommend even though it’s a bit pricey, you get what you pay and more with excitement and looks!

This is well constructed and the tubing is bent just right. The pipe is bigger which helps also.
