Description
The Longhorn Fab Shop 200960 Cigarette Lighter DSP5 Switch Mount allows you to mount a switch in your 2001-2007 GM 6.6L Duramax without having to drill any holes in your dash. Just pop out your cigarette lighter and pop in the switch mount! Pre-drilled holes in the center and back keep the switch from rotating and give you that factory look. This mount will also fit most other 3/8" through hole switches. If you already have your switch mounted, don't worry, a plug is included to fill the hole from your old switch!

Longhorn FAB DSP5 switch mount worked great

Product came with directions that are helpful. I truthfully did not fully understand the directions, but with common sense was easily able to install my DSP5 switch in the cig. lighter location. Be careful not to press the longhorn fab mount too hard into the location as it may damage the "ear" that will hold it snug. My application was a 2006 Chevy Silverado Duramax 6.6L Crew Cab

Went to test fit part into console and tab broke off. Wasn’t even pushing that hard. Piece should be made out of better material. After all these are diesel trucks.

This switch install kit came with super glue, (which you’ll probably need to remove the plastic tab). It also fit perfectly in my 2007 Dodge Ram (which isn’t listed). Money well spent!
