Add protection and aesthetics to the front of your 1989-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the Mag-Hytec 60-DF Dana 60 Front Differential Cover. Mag-Hytec Differential Covers feature a durable A356-T6 aluminum construction for increased durability and performance. Tis differential cover provides increased lubricant and cooling capacity for your hard working truck.
Each cover comes powdercoated black with machined cooling fins, and a magnetic drain plug to trap worn gear material promoting fluid integrity. Each unit is fitted with ARP 568 o-rings for superior sealing. All hardware is 303 stainless steel.

Note: 2002 model owners must check for vent on front cover. If your 2002 model has a vent on the front cover, you must use the Vented Mag-Hytec Front Cover. Fits with most factory suspension systems and aftermarket anti-sway bars.

Definitely best choice for your diff cover. I have a mag-hytec on my dana 70 and love it. So obviously had to get this to match plus having better performance and longevity. Happy about receiving my diff cover in three days, and in excellent condition. Easy and quick to install, seems to be working great so far! Overall happy with it and it's price, would suggest for any cummins owner.

I just installed this cover on my 98.5 Ram 2500 didn't even have to drop the driver's side tierod end. I have the 1Ton suspension aswell. Took like 45 minutes to 1 Hr. to install minus 75-90 fill. Great product should increase the longevity of my Dana 60 steer axle

Do I need to modify anything with the steering/suspension on a stock 2001 Ram 2500?
No modifications are required for the install of the Mag-Hytec Dana #60 differential cover. The cover fits with most factory suspension systems and aftermarket anti-sway bars.
Is the mag-hytec 60-FF cover compatible with the front dana 60 on my 2001 dodge ram cummins? It also needs to clear a DT pro-fab adjustable track bar. Thanks!

*Will not replace 2002 models that have a vent tube in the cover.The MAG-HYTEC DANA #60 (DODGE FRONT) will work with most factory suspension systems and aftermarket sway bars. However, this differential cover MAY NOT work with ALL aftermarket steering and/or suspension components.
