The S&B Filters 75-5144 Cold Air Intake with Cleanable Filter will increase the amount or air going into the engine of your 2017-2019 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P.
Maximum Performance
This cold air intake was engineered to reduce air restriction and flows 47.70% better than the factory intake. This kit includes a fully enclosed airbox that will protect the filter from dirt and helps keep out engine heat.

No More Check Engine Lights
S&B devoted a massive amount of resources to design this intake that allow your motor to run as it should with stock or enhanced tuning. The inlet tube was engineered to avoid check engine lights with a correctly mapped Mass Air Flow Sensor.
Silicone Integrated Scoop
S&B has an integrated silicone air scoop that feeds from the L5P hood scoop for even more air to the filter.
Multiple Air Inlets
More air equals improved performance. This intake kit features two large air inlet areas An optional box plug is included that can seal off one inlet point so can customize the amount of air the engine takes in.

I swapped from a HSP intake due to my truck pulling in hot air. With this kit it gives both options to pull from the bottom as well as the fender and the scoop. I wanted efficiency so i chose to block off the bottom with the supplied block off that comes in the kit. Install was super quick and easy!
