Description
Upgrade the Oil Cooler in your Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with the XDP HD Engine Oil Cooler XD212. The factory Oil Cooler is a single component that is responsible for many issues on the 6.0L. Often plugged or blocked from existing contaminants and debris in your cooling system, the oil cooler can quickly lose its ability to properly cool the oil in your Powerstroke engine.
When your Oil Cooler is not performing properly, it can cause excessive wear and even catastrophic damage to vital engine components. Designed as a drop-in replacement, the XDP 6.0L Heavy Duty Oil Cooler features the same design as the upgraded OE Oil Cooler. This upgraded design provides an increase in cooling efficiency and also increases reliability of the cooling system in your 6.0L Powerstroke engine. Gaskets not included, see products below.

Rating is based off of price and the fact that it looks and feels quality. It also fit in the cover properly. Can only give 4 stars because it doesn't come with a gasket kit. A kit with all required gaskets should be an option since we know the turbo, intake manifold, egr cooler and oil cooler are all coming out of the truck.
I will update this review once I put a few thousand miles on it.

Got it installed easily enough fit just like factory, dont have any gauges or monitors in my truck yet but I will soon and will update then. So far so good tho.

Just finished with a whole 6.0 build. That said, the entire cooling system was flushed and cleaned before install. Truck now has a delta of 10*-12* with cruise set at 70mph on flat ground highway, unloaded. While I know those are decent numbers, I was expecting it to run tighter, closer to 5*-10* as my other bone stock factory 6.0 does, since this is a "heavy duty" version.
Overall, its better numbers than I was getting before replacing the oil cooler (it was on its way out). If I had to do it again, I'd probably spend more money for an upgraded OEM or for the BPD cooler.
Also, make sure you order the o-ring/gasket kit as it doesn't come with them.
