From the factory, your truck is equipped with a plastic intercooler pipe that can't handle stock power levels! Under a heavy load, your intercooler pipe will be the next thing to go, and it won't come apart when you go to start your truck one day. It will fail while you're pulling a load up a steep grade, leaving you stranded on the side of the road.
The XDP 6.7L Intercooler Pipe Upgrade XD305 replaces your factory plastic intercooler pipe with a mandrel-bent, bead-rolled 3" steel pipe for extreme durability. Durable reinforced silicone couplers that are built to last are included with this intercooler pipe that is designed for easy installation. The XD305 includes a specially machined billet adapter that snaps into the OEM location and does not require any modifications or aftermarket tuning for installation.

I ordered XDP 6.7L DIRECT-FIT INTERCOOLER PIPE UPGRADE WITH BILLET ADAPTER XD305 to replace mine that blew up on my 2015 F250 SuperDuty. Ironically during warranty period another part of this same plastic mechanism blew and it was replaced by Ford under warranty. So now that I’m out of warranty and the other plastic part blew, I knew it was time for a quality aftermarket part. Well I scored through XDP! This thing is rock solid metal and quality rubber. It fit absolutely perfectly. The instructions for installation were spot on. They even provided the needed bracket extender to move the power steering reservoir a couple of inches out of the way. They have a well thought out, well engineered product. Completely satisfied. Delivered quickly. Could not be happier
