The Factory Replacement Raptor Pump (FRRP) takes the tried and true Raptor 100GPH pump and adds a modified base to fit in the factory position on your vehicle. This provides you with a 100GPH pump that is stronger and more durable than the factory pump. 4-year limited express warranty.

It’s so crazy I ordered one about 3 1/2 years ago and it worked fine until now. Well I just got the new one in and it doesn’t work. I plan on sending it back I’m not sure what to do I’ve had good luck this just not so sure about it now. I will update with my progress.

I have ordered 2 raptor 100gph fuel pumps. The first one seized up after the first run. To check it I Connected directly to a 12v source and no signs of life. Ordered and installed a second one. Truck ran great for 2 hours straight then on a 15 minute drive it failed and the second pump seized and again no signs of life and was burning hot. I work for a mechanic shop for a living so I know these were installed correctly . I’m Still trying to get my money back for the second pump from air dog while amzon accepted the return no questions asked.

The Pureflow Factory Replacement Raptor Pump (FRRP) will come with a male quick connect fitting for the fuel filter canister and a female quick connect fitting on the output hose assembly. The output pressure for the 5.9L 24 Valve Cummins engine is factory set at 14/16 PSI. Pressure and flows are approximate as they will vary with fuel temperature and as the brushes wear in.
