Description
Replace your leaking exhaust manifolds with the BD-Power 1041480 Exhaust Manifolds. This manifold set features a heavy walled design for improved durability. They are coated to resist corrosion and are pre-drilled for pyrometer probes. These units replace the old rusted or cracked stock exhaust manifolds that normally require extensive cleaning and machine work to be recovered from warping and distortion. The manifold set comes with both passenger & driver's side units and feed pipe mounting hardware. With the stock manifolds considered a maintenance item due to corrosion and leaking, this set is an excellent preventative replacement item whenever doing other engine service work.

These manifolds are heavy duty and well built. Wish I would have put these on sooner. They lowered egt’s just a little over 100 degrees.

Made out of good metal and well built. Liked how it has the BD power on the side as well. Only complaint is that the black coating on it isn't the best as within a oil change they had started to get that heated rusty look to them, could have also been from the salt since I'm in Illinois, but I thought the coating should have lasted longer, not a big deal but wish the black would have stayed on longer. Overall good product though.

Everything and I mean everything about XDP is first rate. Their website, ease of purchasing, follow-up and quality parts is excellent. Sense this review is about the BD Manifolds I can say they are robust pieces of iron that you can tell just by looking that they will flow better than stock and last a lifetime. I like the pre-drilled and tapped 1/8" NPT pyrometer port in the drivers side head. A pleasure to do business with, highly recommended.
Manifold and sinister up pipes

I had these manifolds installed with a new set of up pipes from sinister after cracking a stock set in 7,000 mi. the combination dropped my egt's a solid 150 deg (running empty and with a small trailer 4500lb). I installed myself took about 3.5-4 hours. I recommend getting new manifold bolts during the install from ford. My power was significantly increased, you feel more pull, lower egt's 160 degree drop for me, an it gives it a deeper tone as well I would have to say this is a must have for any 6.0 owner.
