Flywheel

Haven't installed this yet, but when it came, delivered by UPS, the box was damaged to the point I could see the teeth on the outer ring. They all looked OK, but they just as easily could have been damaged, since it was poorly packed. I would think that future shipments could be packaged somewhat better to eliminate any chance of this happening. It also appears that one of the 4 tangs is lower than the other three, and I also believe the package it was in contributed to this as well. It will be installed later this week. The actual product looks like it will be great in this Dodge Cummins diesel.

Waste of money

Spent 6 hours installing checking runout with dial indicator torquing bolts and the closest it gets to running true is .020” and spec is .012” everywhere i have found. Might have to put it in a lathe to true it and try to make it work. Spend the extra $200 and get a billet one and save yourself a headache

Junk flex plate

Don’t waste your money or the time on this piece. It’ll cause a driveline out of balance unless you check it and recheck the run out with a dial indicator. The 4 crank hub tabs are garbage and not precise enough to center this on the crank hub alone. I’ll be pulling the trans again and putting in a billet flex plate with a nice indexing ring to fit it the right way to the crank hub.
