The Edge 85400-200 Evolution CTS3 Tuner programmer uses the OBDII port to reprogram the ECM in your Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. This tuner loads the Edge tune of your choice while saving the factory tune, allowing you to easily return the vehicle back to stock. All the power level in the Evolution CTS3 have been custom tuned by a team of world-class engineers at Edge Products and are easily installed. This programmer adds horsepower while acting as a complete gauge package by monitoring vital engine and transmission data in real time. I love the monitor. It allows me to view essential functions of my LMM. It has helped me diagnose problems that I have had. I will be adding the EGT option to help better monitor my engine. Tunes are mediocre at best in my experience. I purchased the Evlolution because I thought I was upgrading from my then current tuner. I had expected better fuel mileage in the economy and tow tunes and have actually seen a 2 mpg decrease (towing and non-towing) from the previous tuner I had used. Also am seeing more turbo lag when towing and a decrease in available horsepower and pep experienced when towing as compared to previous tuner. When my diesel specialist mechanic learned I had bought the Evolution for the tunes he said I would be disappointed. He was correct.

Ordered this for my 2013 LMM and it initially caused all sort of problems. I found out I didn’t read the fine print and this only works for stock pickups. Had to go to my local diesel mechanic and get a custom tune and dial written anyways. However it does make one hell of a custom gauge cluster.

Easy install, easy updates over Wi-Fi, 3 years of trouble free driving, tunes are great, but I absolutely love the ability to see what my engine is doing. Especially with Regen mode.
